Fake AIs have been making waves and the purveyors of this very dubious choice are popular and influential people.
Admit it, seeing a creative work with dancing baby while scrolling your social media is not bad. People may laugh at it.
However, when people's lives are at stake and have fake AIs try to assuage or lighten a very serious matter is disappointing to say the least.
We have been saying that organizations needs their own websites to serve them and their stakeholders of original information, made public for everyone to see.
Public company are required to publish their financials and governance data but others, need not policy to tell them, and simply have to use that basic resource to validate information when something has been shared about them or their business in the web. How to get in touch with them can be useful as well.
Nothing fancy.
If you have your website, and still using an email address that's different from your organization's domain name, that should be updated, too.
Your digital identity makes it who you are when you make introduction especially to new entities or individuals and organizations. Some people that knows both the market and technology works would say, they may have and continuously been a victim of very pricey and unreliable services.
The challenge that organizations face when they have these digital resources to manage is they don't have the capability and it adds only as another liability in their operations. Really, this cannot be a problem and there is a saying even in technology, here you know, that you can have it up and online and you'd never have to worry about its maintenance.
There's however a need to do it right in the beginning and this cannot be overstated enough.
That last sentence is true because you only have to acquire it either in an enterprise technology scale or specific business application once and they will be there for you and your stakeholders to use for a long time. You wanted to make sure they will only be providing the value that your organization expected to have. It is correct information, a significantly beneficial elementary principle in every organization to have posted explicitly, no matter what the web is telling otherwise which is costly.
