Reservation requires full payment. It must be done a week prior to the conduct of training or depending on availability as schedule is approved on a first-come first-serve basis. Withdrawal, if necessary, must be done 2 days before the agreed upon schedule for full refund. 1 day before schedule will be 50% refund. No withdrawal and refund after the first day for training programs with fixed schedules including up to 5-day delivery, straight or staggered.  Official/collection receipts are issued.      Certificate of attendance for participants and certificate of appreciation for on-site/private hosting organization will be provided.
