The default for technology to do it harder is no longer the case, long before we've realized it, now and the future. It must change how things are being done or artificial intelligence will take over such roles and these people will even be in a more precarious situation. If AI gets in the way when people should have been doing it, the trouble is there in history already, from those who has experienced being taken out of a job because it doesn't know how to use the new technology. Utilizing and using a technology is easy, just a little time and practice to be in the productive state.
